Dr. Akhtar is a good doctor, but the clinic staff are a different story. Communication is terrible, and follow-through is basically nonexistent.I've been waiting months for them to handle a simple prior authorization for diagnostic imaging so I can get a neurosurgery referral. Every time I call, they say they'll follow up in a few days or next week. They never do.I've left messages and spoken to multiple nurses and front desk staff. I even left a message for the office manageru2014never heard back. A nurse eventually called and said someone would get back to me the following Monday. That came and went. Nothing.At this point, I donu2019t expect anything from them. If you need a clinic that actually does what they say, look somewhere else.

Dr. Treemaneekarn is amazing. She listens with compassion and understanding. She has the best bedside manner and I never feel rushed. She always gives me options instead of just prescribing medications. I would highly recommend her.

Normally would give 5 stars. My doctor is retiring (phenomenal doctor) his current nurse Mike is great. I wonu2019t be able to get re-established with another doctor for at least 6 months (have been a pt for 22 years).Had an appointment with one of the nurse practitioners for an ear irrigation, neither she or her nurse listened or wanted to be bothered with the problem. I tried explaining my ear was still plugged (they did get quite a bit out), but I was told they could see the canal and it was clear. I was also told, u2018Youu2019re free to leave now.u2019 My hearing is still muffled.Not sure if I plan on returning.A month later and my Dr. is retired. Nurse Mike is great, and office had a computer generated response to my poor review.I was instructed to call the office with my circumstance of needing a new doctor and again, canu2019t still for another 6 months. So, no doctor, no medicine or care lined up.After 22+ years.Probably have to consider telehealth and subscription fees to an online company.

My husband and I had appts back to back,we are new patients to Dr. Aktar. She is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and compassionate with her patients. She spends time with you! Asking questions getting to know you. We both feel very comfortable with her as our new physician.
