This is the first time I committed to acupuncture, I didn't know much about acupuncture and had mixed feeling. Now that I have been coming consistently for the last month, I cannot belive the results. I went in because I had some pain in my shoulder and forearm. The results have been excellent. I have motion on my shoulder that caused lots of pain before and now after a month of acupuncture, there is very little pain if any. My plan is to continue acupuncture twice a week. I feel better physically but I also feel better mentally. I also have tried the cupping and it was great. I would say come to Dr. Chapa's office and experience results yourself.
