I used to go here and was great. Dr walker was amazing. Dr Ali, so patient. This New (short older guy) Dr Iu2019ve seen 2x is rude, doesnu2019t listen, dismissive, and now my meds are all messed up. The front desk will tell you heu2019s great, they trust him. I wonu2019t be back as long as heu2019s there.My last visit, they took 8 viles of blood. 8. When Dr called to go over results, he was so rude. Only said about cholesterol. I inquired about 8 viles surely they had to test for more than just cholesterol. We were looking for multiple things. Nope, 8 viles for just cholesterol.My husband was prescribed a med that required a pre determination, this Dr said heu2019d do it. Itu2019s been 3 months and they still havenu2019t and no one will take responsibility for it. Front desk leaves Dr a note, Dr never follows through

This location is filthy. Bathrooms need sanitized. Front desk rude, doctor is not self explanatory. Prepare for long wait. You will not only waste your money but they take advantage of your insurance and no results. Not a good experience here.

The first time I visited, the doctor prescribed me a medication I had already reported as being allergic to.The second time, doctor never filed the medication I was prescribed, and reception repeatedly lied about sending the prescription to the pharmacy.One of the worst experiences Iu2019ve ever had in healthcare.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am not one that complains, but this place is beyond terrible. The front-end staff is extremely rude. Secretary wouldn't shut her mouth long enough to listen... many comments on YELP about their rudeness. It gets worse. The NP prescribed me an antibiotic that is only given in a hospital setting, which is total ignorance. My pharmacist told me what to have THEM prescribe. Staff lied both times about sending rx over. Labs were supposed to take 2-3 days. At 8 days, I had to call THEM only to find out that the lab sent them the wrong test tubes so the specimens were rejected. At 9 days, after requesting it, still no call from the nurse, NP or doc. I had a probable infection (not covid) that could be fatal... BEYOND INEPT.UPDATE: my son was in around the same time. He paid his copay at the time of his visit. His insurance doesn't require copay or deductibles on urgent care, and there were no labs. The office is trying to charge him over $550 AFTER collecting from insurance. Scammers

Absolutely awful place to take your children. Took daughter in for rash, Nurse who took my daughter's temp took first read of 97.1. We told her at home she's reading 101. Retakes it, it was 101. Doctor comes in, says he doesn't see a rash because my daughter is crying and her cheeks are red. This doctor didn't even look further than her face, the rash was all over her body. Diagnoses her with an ear infection and sends us on our way. It was very clearly NOT a ear infection and when I find out what it really is tomorrow at her PCP, who actually gives a crap about my kid, I will be following up with higher ups. Absolutely unacceptable.If you want your children taken care of, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. They only want money.
