Hailey the office manager is highly unprofessional wasted my time here for over an hour. Told me to wait an hour to be seen and guaranteed that I would be seen just so they can reschedule me last minute and over the phone. I called off work today just so I can be seen. Absolutely no respect for my time!nWould have been more professional if they said the appointment was a phone appointment in the first place! Better yet DONT schedule people if you canu2019t fulfill a service. Itu2019s that simple!nnHailey made a Horrible first impression on my first appointment and unacceptable service! Trash communication skills and highly incompetent managing skills! I can tell sheu2019s highly incompetent in a demanding environment. This is the type of person that should NEVER be in healthcare environment as she is completely unapologetic in her demeanor.nHailey had full acknowledgment that the schedule would be BUSY today and Nobodyu2019s time would be wasted and a client wouldnu2019t be lost if she had delegated the matter assertively and made a call to reschedule the appointment BEFORE I came to the office! Doing YOUR JOB is simple!nnEven fast food servers in town have exceptional manners! Lazy employees= bad business!!!

Only visited once but the experience was worth writing a review.nThe lady that answered the call was very kind & polite & she assisted me quickly to get an appointment.nOn the day of my appointment I only had to wait approximately 10 min which is much better then any other doctor's office.nThe ambience in the clinic is soothing & does not smell like typical medical facilities.nDr. Amit Valera attended me & he gave me enough time to go over my medical needs, at no point I was made to feel that I am being rushed. Our interaction lasted around 20 min which is the most I have been attended by any doctor in my life.nThankful to finally have found a good doctor for myself & my family.

I am very impressed with Dr. Valerau2019s office. The staff are very kind and helpful. I havenu2019t seen a PCP in awhile, and after my visit I felt so relieved to have found a Dr. who listened to my concerns. Dr. Valera provided an amazing service and even taught back to me the following steps needed for my next visit. I really appreciated his time and efforts. Very happy to have him as my PCP!

I am fairly new to this clinic (4 visits). Scheduling an appt is amazingly quick vs the 4-6 months out dates as the norm with most clinics. I am always greeted by front office-Haley with a smile and professionalism. Staff is friendly, thorough and fast to get you through. Dr. Valera not only familiarize himself with your health chart prior to visits (rare), he ask about you. Never thought I would say this about a health clinic, u201cI am very happy to be assigned to this clinic.u201d

Dr. Valera was my Hospitalist at San Martin multiple times in 2016 when I had multiple surgeries. I was so happy to find out he was in private practice so he could be my PCP! He is the best PCP I have EVER had and myself and family can all use him. He actually listens to my concerns and makes me feel like he really cares about my well-being. His office staff is very compassionate and professional as well. I am excited to have found a great doctor. Thank you Dr. Valera and staff. I actually look forward to my next appointment!! A true pleasure for a change to see a doctor who cares about his patients.
