Dr. Joy is the best doctor that I've ever had and his staff is great as well, they all go that extra mile and remember what's been going on with you and your personal affairs. Which shows me that they care about their patients. They really do a great job and go out of their way to make sure that they do their job to the best of their ability and more to ensure that your experience is not just a doctor's visit but more than that. I give the Oso Family Team two thumbs up for their customer satisfaction and care as well as their knowledgeable treatments and medical expertise in the field of Medicine. I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff and the doctors. The after hours urgent care staff is also very good at what they do. So I highly recommend this office as a great choice for your medical treatment and primary care physician. Had to go to the urgent care office in Mission Viejo last Sunday due to a fall I had experienced. We arrived at 9 am checked in and waited over 30 minutes before being brought back to an examination room. The staff didnu2019t arrive when the office opened up at 9. We waited another 30 minutes for a medical person to show up and see me. There was a lot of questions asked, but no real exam. I was given a lab form to have an X-ray but this facility didnu2019t have the equipment to do it on site. Iu2019ve never gone to an urgent care that didnu2019t do their own X-rays. Monday I had the X-rays taken at another facility that was on the approved list. After not hearing anything about the results by Friday, I called and was told that the results did come in a couple of days earlier and they would have the doctor look at them and someone would call me back later. No one called! I called again on Saturday and spoke to Christina, she told me that she would have the doctor on duty look at this and she would call me back. Because of her efficiency, she called me back a little later. I have a fracture on my foot that I have been suffering with for over a week. Christina got the authorization for me to see a foot doctor and made sure everything was done properly. If it wasnu2019t for her, I maybe still waiting. The only reason I gave this place three stars is because of Christina other wise I would have given them only one star. Sure wish I could go to another urgent care office but itu2019s the only one that my group has in our area.

I have been this location three times and never waited longer than 20 minutes. The team that works here is exceptionally professional and very friendly. Last time I dealt with Melissa and she could have not been any nicer. This is the best urgent care I have been to and my father is in the Medical Profession and knows a good medical staff when I=he sees one and works with them. He likes this team at this location!

The Doctors and PA's are great and are available by appointment. They are an Urgent Care but I haven't used them for this.nHOWEVER, it takes over 15 minutes to pierce the wait-clock in order to talk with a real person. 4 times in past year, I have experienced longer waits, but get ready to spend at least 15 minutes to talk with someone.
