This was my first visit, and I truly believe Iu2019ve found my new primary care doctor.nThe front desk and staff were kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away.nnSince it was my first time, the team helped me check in and guided me through everything. The office felt calm and friendly.nnDr. Tucker was great! Physical therapy at IMHealth has been a great experience! The knowledgeable, caring, supportive, excellent staff, has made working hard to recover, an enjoyable experience. Amy Dalessandro has taken me ALL the way to living a full, active lifeu2026. like I did before I was injured. All the support staff (especially Molly, Erica and Jess) is also amazing. And, the view out their huge windows is an added perk! Thanks, Everyone!

IM Health Family Practice is the model of what primary care should look and feel like. The nurse practitioner that I see is Carrie Reif, CRNP. Carrie is wonderful, she is adept at actively listening to your concerns, thoroughly answering questions and showing genuine care for your health (which, unfortunately is not always a given in healthcare). She also never makes the appointment feel rushed, she makes sure that you have the opportunity to voice all of your concerns. Carrie is very knowledgeable and considers your care from a comprehensive and holistic perspective, which is all you could want in a PCP. The front desk staff is also great, one staff member, Reagan, stands out for being especially friendly and helpful, though all of them have been pleasant to speak with. The building is also quite nice, very clean and well kept. They have a number of other services on site like nutritional counseling, physical therapy, urgent care, and behavioral health (all of which i have not experienced). Thus far, I have experienced the family practice division of this practice only.
