I also had a terrible experience with Jackie Smith, NP. She was incredibly rude, rushed and has not been taking my symptoms seriously.nWhen I asked her to order a particular lab test for me she said she could not. I asked her to recommend someone who could. She begrudgingly did so and when they were not able to order it she would not give me another recommendation or help me find someone who could order the test. She would also not explain to me why she couldn't order the test in the first place (maybe it's something she can't do at her level, but I was just trying to understand the system).nMultiple times she made comments about how I should see another practitioner that wasn't her- of course I am doing this now. Any time I would ask a question about my symptoms or the treatment she was suggesting she would get very defensive, shut down my ideas, and would repeat that because my labs were negative there was nothing wrong with me.nI fear how many patients out there have been gaslite by Jackie Smith.

I had appointment with Jackie smith. She was rude and rushing. She didnu2019t do anything. She asked how many kids I have I said 10 , she made rude comments. She shouldnu2019t be a doctor period. So unprofessional and rude. A doctor should be caring.

Worst experience with a Doctor's office. They'll blame you when they drop the ball on things and will not listen to you when you speak to them. Go somewhere else. If this gets responded to you can text or email I don't want to get a response to this Google review just telling me to call the office because the people in the office are the problem.

Dr Mckechnie takes the time to listen and explains things very throughly. The wait time is very short. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Rude and unhelpful NPs. I would recommend finding a different place to receive medical care.
