I am proof that this program works, if you want it to.nnWhen I came to the program I was completely broken and lost. I had been homeless for years and had a terrible addiction problem. I didnu2019t just need help staying clean, I needed to learn how to be a productive member of society. I got much more than I expected; I found purpose for my life again. I spent 6 months in the inpatient program, then I moved into a private room for several months. Now I live in a beautiful 6-bedroom house in Glen Burnie. I have a job, a home, and have been clean for 15 months; all because of Ms. Pam and the staff at ISSBG.nIu2019ve read the reviews some people have left. All I can say is anyone who has gone through this program with the intent of using drugs again tend to have a negative experience. The complaints about the EBT card; first off, every client signs a document regarding their SNAP benefits during intake. The staff is required to collect your cash, debit, credit, and EBT cards for safe keeping. They are given back when you need to use them. Just like nearly every other program, SNAP benefits are used to purchase the food you are eating. The insurance companies donu2019t pay for items like food. AT NO POINT ARE ANY CASH BENEFITS ON YOUR DEBIT, CREDIT, OR EBT CARD USED.

I have been a client at by grace for over 15 years. Since Pam only owned the one building. As soon as I needed real help after a debilitating surgery, there was no help at all. Pam hung up the phone on me multiple times, the nurse was also very unprofessional and no help at all. I give them zero stars. I wouldn't recommend this program to my dog!

You know I do have to say I was a client of Miss Pamela Dukes and at first I could not stand how she talked to me because she gives that straightforward approach but then I realized later that she was only giving me strength to conquer my addiction I have now been clean for four years off of all drugs and or chemicals and I always to miss Dukes she gave me the tools I needed to make it in life and I greatly appreciate what she done. Thank you so much for what you have done for me and I know you're going to continue to do it for many many many more people thank you and God bless

A Great place to learn tools to help you to stay free from alcohol and drugs. The program is very structured and it's exactly what I needed when I was a client there. My life has changed .I've applied the information that was given to me from knowledgeable instructors ,who were once in the same situation. I'm still standing by grace is an ideal place to recover and to regain a life that was intended for you.

By grace has truly been a blessing in my life! If you really want itu2019s at by grace! It seems to me that the only people with negative feed back about Pam or the program are people that arenu2019t doing the right thing ! Me I have been clean for awhile and Pamela Dukes and By grace helped me get where Iu2019m at today
