Fantastic!! Reception was lovely. I was able to check in and they worked with my schedule as I had some business while waiting. Doctor was u201cbehindu201d so I expected a much longer wait. I made the appointment online at 2:00 pm, they sent me a message saying that they would see me at 3 because there were 4 people ahead of me. I arrived at 3:00 pm at the place, I checked in, there was no one at the front desk. After 40 minutes, the girl from the front desk arrived, she didn't even ask me anything, I told her that I had already checked in, she told me in a rude way that she would call me right now and it was 4 pm and she didn't say she was calling me to give me any information. The truth is that I understand that they can take unexpectedly long with the patients, but for that, one makes an appointment online and does all the registration online.nnI would never come back here again

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Upon entering in the lobby the receptionist cheerfully greeted us and was very nice. The check-in process was the easiest weu2019ve experienced. Edward was very personable while taking my husbandu2019s vitals and Dr. Leu2019 Andrea was great with a wonderful personality and was very attentive. We did not feel rushed at all!
