This location (Ambassador Caffery Youngsville/Broussard area) is extra ordinary when compared to any other Urgent Care Iu2019ve visited. As Iu2019m 67 yrs old Iu2019ve been to many. Never have I had to wait over 10 minutes whether in the waiting room or in the back for either the Nurse or Dr. And Iu2019ve been fortunate enough in that Iu2019ve always been seen by ones that are truly caring as well as professional and knowledgeable. (This coming from a former R.N.) Even though thereu2019s another U.C a little nearer my home - this one will always be my #1 go to. Thank you Dr Collins and nurse Jonathan-( and the receptionist as well!)

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and compassionate. The office professionalism was top notch. My issue was reviewed and assessed in appropriate amount of time. Medicine proscribed reversed symptoms in less than a day. Highly recommend. Also appreciated the office having a separate well-person area in the waiting room.

Dr. Lorraine, Mrs. Rena and Mr. Jason are always there to take care of us, no matter the situation! They are truly like our family doctors! They always greet us with a smile and even snacks for the kids!!!! We canu2019t say enough good things about them!

The nursing staff is amazing...and the attending physician (foreign bald guy) is amazing. He is always so thorough and makes sure I understand everything before I leave. He's the reason I come back every time we need.
