I see a lot of negative reviews so I wanted to leave my positive one. This past Friday 3/21/24, I had a small surgery done in the physicians office building by my obgyn. I had to go to the office a few days prior for pre-op as well and every single person i spoke to was fantastic! From the receptionist to the anesthesia team to the nurses. They all were super helpful, friendly, didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and were extremely thorough with information and hippa practices. After my surgery, the nurses in the post-op area were absolutely fantastic! Marilyn and Heather were their names. I had some issues coming down from anesthesia and got nauseated and shaky and Marilyn saved the day by bringing me some sugar infused iv fluids and checking on me constantly. After a few minutes I was feeling so much better. They had me laughing and having a great conversation. I cannot say anything bad about my experience and I want to thank

Would give zero stars if I could, I donu2019t even know where to begin. I was transferred from a nearby hospital at 4:45 AM. I was transferred because i was supposed to have my baby but had a complicated issue with my heart that I was told, they could be better equipped for HERE. At that hospital, they did all the necessary bloodwork at that hospital. Stick me 6 times to find a good vein. Water broke, and stuck at 3 cm since 9 PM. I get here, they tell me my water is NOT broken ( the urine sample still sits there from 11:30 am and itu2019s now 3 pm) , they have no checked my cervix, and the attention to a heart condition is terrible especially when I am 39 weeks pregnant. They told me at 10 AM that they think I should have my baby here. Yeah I donu2019t think so. I will die on this hill that my baby will not be born somewhere where everything is an afterthought. I have been here 11 HOURS. Cardiology? NOT EVEN ON CALL. I will take my chances with my original hospital. I am willingly signing out because I cannot afford $22 for 12 hours and then they keep me here!

One is far too high, where are the negative numbers? >0!!! I've been in the waiting room of the er. For 5 hours listening to all of the nurses joking and having a great time. No one has ANY idea of what is ging on. One of the nurses remarked loudly to a male triage nurse saying I think you talking shit bout me. 7 professinal at last count sitting in the nurses station joking loudly and it must be shift change...Why can No one do anything? If I ran my business this way I would be closed in a week! This is absolutely ridiculous. I expect some one will give a phone call or text me in a few days but this is broken! I am sure that this will not be addressed.

My father was recently admitted with A stroke, I found all but 1 nurse in the ER to have no compassion, they came in did the minimum that they were supposed to do , they didnu2019t even know he had a catheter bag that was jammed up between his legs for over 8 hours of being there, you had to beg for water and finally after asking over and over I started buying water out of the vending machine for my father, There was a total lack of communication, my father and the family didnu2019t knew what was going on as far as test results, we didnu2019t even know he had a stroke until 26 hours after his arrival. Thereu2019s no kind of doctor updates. Also you are unable to access test results on my chart until after your discharged, that makes zero sense as your trying to see results while the patient is currently being treated. the code they ask for on my chart in case anyone else has this same issue is the patients FIRST AND LAST INITIAL IN UPPERCASE LETTERS, THE 2 Digit MONTH AND 4 DIGIT YEAR YOU WERE JUST ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL. He was sent home 2 days after he was admitted. I will add they did do all appropriate testing that was needed to diagnose him properly but we were in the dark and unaware of everything that was being done.
