There is no question about it. They are the best medical care in the area. Competent doctors and no real wait time. They have a number of rotating doctors who are the best in the field. I have been in with myself and my four kids at times. They have the equipment on-site to do x-rays, test analysis, etc. (no sending you to a lab). We actually choose to go there for any illness or injury requiring a test so we know before we walk out the door what we are dealing with. Thank you Bee Cave Urgent Care. You guys are the best! Although sometimes the wait time could be a bit long. The flexible hours makes it very helpful! You don't want get a cold and not treated until the next day or week day.My wife recently has been treated successfully here for her flu. I also had been taken care well by Dr Greg. Very patient and respectful staff.

I would give it a negative score if I can . Supposed to be an urgent care with just one patient. Kept me waiting for 2 hrs with my daughter who was in pain due to a fractured finger . After I asked how long is the wait then they gave me a doc who had one step almost outside the room as if he was so busy . Hardly saw my daughter for 45 seconds to just say need to take an X-ray . The x ray person once again kept me waiting for another 45 mins and then I stepped up and barged out as I had no patience seeing my child in pain . When I was stepping out I heard nurses arguing with each other about who was taking more break time !!!

I had been diagnosed with GERD about 8 months ago, and was having the same pain in my stomach, in the same spot as I did when I previously had a CT scan and diagnosis at St. David's. The doctor in this clinic wouldn't even see me when I told them I was having stomach pain. She sent her nurse back into the room to tell me to go to the emergency room. The doctor REFUSED to even see me, or examine me to try and determine if there even was a more serious problem. All they talked about was gall bladder this and appendix that. So, I went to the ER and the doctor there took one look at me and said I was fine, wrote me an RX for the pain and sent me home. He even told me that my appendix was on the OPPOSITE side as the pain I was having. Thanks for the ER bill!!!! This urgent care is dumb and incompetent. I do not recommend at all, and I will never go to this place again. They don't care about patients, all they care about is not getting sued.

The last time I took my son, they refused to open the doors for us, regardless of it being 10 minutes before the posted last patient admittance time which is clearly posted on their front door. As I pulled into the parking lot, I saw the staff closing the blinds--when they saw me parking, they began moving REALLY fast to close the doors and windows--it was so obvious that they wanted to shut us out. I carried my son to the front door and they wouldn't even open the door so that I could talk to them! I had to shout through the glass my son is having trouble breathing, can someone see him? Still, she wouldn't open the door. I showed her the time on my cell phone: we still have ten minutes! She yelled through the door the doctor left early. So troubling that the doctors leave during business hours. But even worse that the staff couldn't even pay a worried mother the courtesy of cracking the door open to talk to me like a human being, instead of making me stand there with my wheezing child, yelling through the glass. Unbelievable.
