HORRIBLE. I came in for a strained back muscle and came out with sciatica like symptoms because of a shot they gave me in my butt. felt like I was peeing my leg every few minutes. I ASKED WHAT THE SIDE EFFECTS WERE and she said I've given it to many people before... Okay great so you gave many people sciatica like symptoms/piriformis syndrome how wonderful. Felt dismissed and had zero guidance. They couldn't even tell me what muscle it was or what grade. Horrible staff and horrible hospital in general (I was violated by a female doctor and they refused PT referral for me I got injured a month later and they refused treatment for BV) Never send your loved ones here. I would sue if I already didn't have legal issues

Today i went into the urgent care my daughter was suffering from real bad ear pain. I did walkin and checked in . But i noticed the people who checked in after us were called in before us. When i asked the receptionist she said that wait hours are 3 hrs and u are in line. Because my daughter is in pain i came early so that can b done fast now i ended up still waiting as they are sending people who came after us. And i m not happy with this experience.

Went to urgent care twice in 1 week with no health insurance. Charged over $1,000 each visit for a 10 minute interaction with a Dr. First visit, the Dr was wrong. 2nd visit, the Dr knew exactly the cause.

Thanks California for your horrible health care. This place is ridiculous and needs people who actually care working here. People come here to seek urgent care and are made to feel worthless and like their lives donu2019t matter. Yu2019all need to read these reviews.

Worst urgent care Iu2019ve been to. Ridiculous wait times and they are not first come first served so be prepared to watch hordes of people who come in after you go before you. Waited 2hrs in the lobby after being told the wait was 1hr. Then finally got in front of a dr who had a rude attitude and was not very knowledgeable. Dr didnu2019t listen to symptoms or request for referrals as my issue was potentially serious. She had never heard of my condition and refused to look it up or learn about it. She then prescribed OTC allergy medicine and sent me away. Stay away from this place if you value your health or the health of your loved ones.
