I have taken my daughter here twice for two separate issues, and both times were such wonderful experiences! The staff is always so sweet and friendly! And I love that you can check in online and save some wait time. The providers, especially Dr Welsh (whom we saw on our visit today) are exceptional in their care and bedside manner. Everything is always so enjoyable from start to finish. The location is nice and clean as well.

If you have a high deductible, do not go here. Or pay cash. Our bill after insurance was 1000 dollars for a pretty simple urgent care visit. Essentially, they act like an urgent care but will bill your insurance as if you went to the Hospital. Very deceptive business model. After spending hours trying to reach someone who could help me, they finally adjusted my bill to a cash price. This took out their hospital fee. It was a big headache and I am glad this is finally behind me. I will not be coming back. 2 stars instead of 1 because I eventually got it resolved. If you have a high deductible just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else or see what their cash price would be if you do not use your health insurance very often.

Not impressed with the Dr care here. The nurses have always been fantastic but the doctors don't care about you and are incompetent at their job. We took our toddler there thinking he might have nursemaids elbow and we couldn't set it ourselves at home. The Dr tried multiple times and said he felt a small vibration and thought it was back to normal. He said it could take up to 30 minutes for our toddler to be able to move it. He discharged us after observing my child was still in the same amount of pain as before, he didn't do X-rays, and wouldn't answer my question on what why there was still pain. He just told us to go to a pediatric orthopedic which we did the next day. They did X rays and popped his elbow into place the first time. This is something an Urgent Care should have been able to do.

Every time I have been here, I have encountered nothing but kind, helpful and professional individuals. The registrar is friendly and efficient. The nurses are compassionate and thorough. Today, my experience with Dr. Crismon was nothing short of excellent - I felt listened to and her analysis of my symptoms along with her gentle and focused physical exam provided me with the answers I had been seeking regarding my ongoing illness. She was more persistent than my PCP had been in terms of seeking an explanation for my collection of odd symptoms. In past encounters at this location, I have also enjoyed excellent care for myself and my children from all of the providers we have interacted with. They truly do a great job!

DO NOT COME HERE.I like many others posting here, got price gouged. I battled them for months, then they finally sent it to collections.I got a few stitches for a laceration on my foot. They took $600 from my insurance, then proceeded to bill me for another $1,600. In what world is it justified to charge over $2,000 for stitches?Long story short, I sent a very nasty letter to the collections company, with all of the evidence and clearly showed they were over charging. We settled on $30, but after nearly a year of back and forth, I'm still pissed.
