Took my 1.5 yr old here with a rash. Not only were we seen quickly but the doctors, MAs, and receptionist were all kind and great with kids. My kiddos shy and can be difficult and Dr Selene or Selena (my apologies for not remembering her exact name) was happy to help cheer my kiddo up and make the experience more comfortable for her! 10/10 highly recommend going here. The wait room has toys for kids and comfortable seating for parents.

Uptown Urgent Care was one of the best and personably urgent cares I've ever been to! From the front desk to the NP in the back, everyone was so nice and acted like the actually cared. Ms. Selena is the Nurse Practitioner and was willing to actually sit down and talk with me about my problems instead of talking at me. 10/10 recommend this Urgent care for anyone! I know I will definitely be coming back.

I had came in yesterday morning with the worst pain I had ever experienced in my life. I live super close and had never been here, so I figured I might as well stop by as I needed pain relief urgently. With my symptoms, such as throwing up frequently, sweating uncontrollably, and unrelenting abdominal pain, they recommended I go to an ER so I can have scans done on my anatomy, which an ER would have access to. However, they set me up with an IV, and instilled a variety of different pain relief drugs and medications, and my pain went from a 15/10, to a 3/10. From there an ambulance came, which they called for me, and I was sent to the hospital for treatment and am not in the process of recovering from a kidney stone surgery. Without this fantastic team of people, my pain would have lasted much longer, and I am positive that they performed everything possible in their kit to make me feel as best as I can. Kidney stones are never life threatening, so i've heard, but with my condition at the time, it felt like I was in the process of dying and without this amazing team, I would have been in a MUCH worse place. I cannot thank these people enough, and I highly recommend that you come here, for they are trustworthy, honest, and are extremely proficient in their work. I owe my well being to you all, and I absolutely cannot thank you guys enough for helping me through such a dark time.

Everyone dreads going to Urgent Care. Seeing a doctor who's not your primary, the potential for long waits, for half sub par care.nnI had probably one of the best Urgent Care experiences ive ever had at Uptown today. They were FAST, nice, and the facility was very clean. Had me out quicky with a prescription to pick up I will definetly return when I need to
