Professional, personal, excellent service from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the end of the appointment. It was very easy for me to give them my drivers license and insurance information by taking pictures of my cards and uploading them before my appointment. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The person who brought me back to my room and asked me questions about my issue was courteous and understanding. The practitioner who examined me was informative, thorough, and explained to me what needed to be done and why and had a pleasant demeanor. I couldnu2019t have had a more perfect experience! They run a smooth operation there and I will return if and when needed. Awesome job ladies. ud83dude42

Love this place! I've been going here for my annual physical for the past 5 years. The staff and Dr. Cohen are always super personable yet professional. They take good care of you. They always follow up via phone after a visit to check up. Every visit has been pretty efficient and I've never had an issue ever getting an appointment even on the same day. I even went there when I rolled my ankle playing racquetball 2 years ago and they were quick to help with the diagnosis, x-rays and suggestions for recovery.

This is an excellent clinic. The staff are always very friendly and professional, and are very patient with my two small children. The office is always very clean. I have been here numerous times, both for myself and my two children, and have had good experiences every time. During the COVID pandemic, they have been taking the virus seriously and have put in some good precautions (ie: requiring an appointment so that there aren't multiple people in the waiting room at once, disinfecting chairs in the waiting room, etc.). Overall, this is a great place.

I have been here several times and it is a mixed bag. Sometimes they do a fantastic job and other times, not so much. I will say the nurse I see the majority of times is outstanding and I appreciate her. Instances that were frustrating was the time I brought my daughter in with a cut and there was no one there to help her. A cut foot seems totally in the domain of an urgent care. Today I went in and waited for over twenty minutes just to be notified that I couldn't be seen due to a balance on my account that my insurance company should have covered. I could have been told that as I arrived and not wasted my time sitting there, ultimately untreated. Roll the dice when you enter the doors, it can go either way.

Best urgent care. They were great with my daughter and I've gone there many times and they are quick, efficient, and thorough. They don't push unnecessary tests or treatments and work to get you in and out. There are several urgent cares in our area but I won't go anywhere else.
