I been going to Hope Urgent Care in Davison for years and I never had an issue. And Dr Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her vibe when she walks in is so inviting. Her staff, which have been there for sometime now are super sociable and always smiling. I love it there and will continue getting care from them.

Had a horrible experience at this urgent care. I went in for a dog bite on my hands. Gave the nurse my information in the room then I waited. I waited for 20 mins before the doctor came in to see me. She hardly looked at me. Read off that I had dog bites then prescribed antibiotics with out even looking at my hands or even cleaning the wounds. Then sent me on my way. I spent more time with the nurse taking my information than I did with the doctor. If you are injured or need help DO NOT go to this urgent care. You won't get any form of treatment that you need.

With all the negativity in these reviews I felt the need to leave this.The staff is so friendly and kind. Dr Kelly is absolutely the nicest Dr I have met at an urgent care. Normally urgent cares just try and push as many patients daily and don't care, that's not the case here. Yes they get tons of people every day but they CARE! Just left there and had a wonderful experience considering why I had to be there. Thank you staff and Dr Kelly for the help. I'll be continuing to use HOPE URGENT care.

This is my go to urgent care! The staff is always welcoming from front desk, to medical assistants to the provider on staff. They are always efficient even when there is a full waiting room. I'm happy to bring my whole family here and confident they will get great treatment every time.

I love this urgent care!!! I have been taking my kids here for years. The doctors and nurses are always so nice and the receptionist does an excellent job considering how busy they are.The doctors are always so thorough and listen to all my questions and concerns. It is always clean as well. If I could give this urgent care 10 starts I would!!!
