Great place and experience! Staff very friendly! Nurse was kind and very professional! Dr. Bayer was very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment plan! I was in and out in less than an hour! That's with new patient paperwork!! I was notified by my pharmacy that my prescription was being prepared as I drove away. Very caring and efficient service! Thanks Hiway 53 Urgent Care! 5 Stars n more!nnJust an update : feeling so much better! Thanks Dr Bayer! Within 2 days I was feeling kind of normal again but finished the 10 day treatment plan. had a ear blocking issue, went there, receptionist greeted me nicely and I filled out paperwork, within 5 minutes was escorted to room nurse asked some ?'s and Dr. came in looked in my ears and noticed blockage. Then nurse came in and resolved the problem. This is one urgent care that I highly recommend, to the staff, Thank You so much!!
