I Am coming to an urgent care family clinic at 09 am and opened at 09 am and I told the nurse what time the doctor visited me . she told me at 10 am . Almost at.10:50 am the doctor is not coming. at 10:51 am the doctor is coming and his check is just 4 minutes and done .....i am wasting time ....Weird weird

I just came back for one of my daughter's. I had come here a few years ago with my son so they can see his eye after having scratched it with a mini drone he received as a gift. I felt it was an emergency situation. The last optometrist of 4 I visited recomended I come to this place soon after being informed their facility didn't accept my son's insurance. I came here, signed in and was called into a room no more than 3 minutes from completing the forms. I dont recall the Dr.s name but he was a well educated and cordial Black Man. He assured me tthere wasnt anything to be too concerned about. Prescribed medicine and took the time to explain what each was for and how to apply them on my son's eye. Anyway, I had forgotten to give a review the last time I was here and I Deffinetly did not want to leave without leaving my rating for that Dr. I greatly appreciate the Dr.s education, his professionalism and well spoken communication. Its extremely rare to find a good Dr. like this. Once I get the Drs name I'll post it.

I went here for a Covid test. They took my insurance and everything was fine and like a routine visit. They charged me a regular copay and then took the test. They never told me that my insurance wasnu2019t accepted there. They took the test and then at the end of my appointment they said the charge was $100.00, AT THE END OF MY APPOINTMENT. Instead of telling me before! I never got my results, even after I paid. Everytime I called for the results, they kept saying the lab they sent it to, Quest Diagnostics, never gave them the results. To this day, I never got the results!! Never got reimbursed either.nnThe staff are all ghetto, rude, and superficial. Not at all what I would want for a DOCTORu2019s office. Anyone giving good reviews is obviously paid to do so. ZERO STARS.

I gave this place several chances-nEVERY. SINGLE. TIMEnThe wait was 2-4hours, The Staff was rude and the doctor was rude.nThe doctor said I must not be very affected by my many diagnosis about 2 minutes after meeting me. Because he could not IMMEDIATELY see my struggle. I am so deeply disspointed in the ableism at this clinic.

Rating again because the doctor here. Campbell is just amazing!! He always helps me no matter the issue. He has saved my life in ways. Thank you for always helping me with smiles and kindness. The main reason I see people complaining is due to the fact of any urgent care. They try and get narcotics just to use them recreationaly. This man knows his stuff. He can tell whom is a legit patient and who isn't. Sadly it ruins it for those who actually need the medication. Also complaining about wait times. Would you rather wait a couple hours and get help or not wait and not get help? They were always fast with me. Also, the receptionists are amazingly kind and make you feel cared about.
