Memorial family healthcarenI've been a patient at Memorial family healthcare for over 4 1/2 years now. During that time I have received the absolute best of care and attention that I can ever dream of.nStarting with the very nice ladies at the front desk, Mona And the other nice lady whose name sadly I have forgotten. Deborah Pacheco,, N. P. Has taken such great pains to keep me healthy and I so Kindness and professional advice.nJust yesterday, I was in the office where Dolores, office tech, taught me how to self inject myself with medication that I need to take on a weekly basis.nEvery single time I come in no matter which one of the staff members I come in contact with they are just so nice and efficient.nI get nothing for posting this evaluation other than the satisfaction of telling everyone I would never even think of going anywhere else for my healthcare. Canu2019t even get through to get an appointment. What a jokeu2026definitely switching to something else. Decent medical staff but, zero ability to reach them is terrible.

Russell and his direct staff are great, but the receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Scheduling is always difficult, and I don't understand how adding a single-line addendum to a pre-drafted letter warrants waiting 20 minutes for a sick-note for work and being spoken to the way I was today when I was leaving. Being disrespectful to patients is bad practice.

A very friendly staff. The only place to ever ask my preferred name and use it accordingly! Russell Coryell is a great non discriminatory Nurse Practitioner and he is very helpful.
