I attend the Frankfort Urgent Care of Ky . The entire staff was very impressive. Especially, Savannah Nash provided impeccable services. She listen very attentively, and did more than just addressed medical related concerns. Additionally, she offered moral support while suggesting other alternatives to living a healthier life style. Every time I have visited Frankfort urgent care I have been seen quickly and treated respectfully. Any medications needed are sent to my pharmacy quickly. Highly recommended. Staff is personable and polite.

My insurance has a $0 copay on all in network and out of network visits and $0 copay on UTC and er they refused to bill my insurance for the copay or contact my insurance company and me and my bf had to go to the er. The lady at the desk seemed enamored at me just being there and it seemed like they were having a party or dinner in the back. I was severely dehydrated and barely conscious when I got to the er turns out I had COVID. Can't wait for uk to open up a clinic up here so they can be driven out.

Went here twice for extremely sore throat and very bad congestion and both times they didn't prescribe me any type of medicine each time. Would not recommend going here complete waste of time and money.
