Nice Place and Excellent Care!!!This urgent care is probably the best I have ever been too. It is very nice, very clean, and I had excellent service from every single person that I came in contact with. Dr. Brooks is a very knowledgeable doctor, and he took the time to sit and talk with me, and made sure I had all my questions answered. He even heard a tiny sound my newborn baby was making, and let me know what it was. I don't even know how he could hear it. He is very kind and friendly. Also, the wait time was short! I was in and out super fast, which is rare for an urgent care anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

The first time we visited this place, they took pretty good care of us. Every subsequent visit after that was horrible. The desk personnel are rude, and at least one P.A. is very rude too. They treated my wife like a criminal because she had a balance that was being satisfied by an arranged payment schedule. What was worse was that they wouldn't even see her until that balance was paid in full, even though it was already on a schedule and never past due.They wouldn't even call in a prescription refill for blood pressure medication over the phone. Their excuse was that they didn't have to.Avoid this place like a plague, no pun intended. I would rather drive 36 miles to our old urgent care in Mesa than even look at this place again. Our old urgent care actually care about us, and go out of their way to prove it on every visit.I hope the doctor that owns San Tan Valley Urgent Care reads these reviews, so he is aware of what is happening there.

The one good thing I have to say about this place is the physicians. They were AMAZING! I did not feel rushed, they took the time to explain things to me and even gave advice about my son who had the same illness (they were not even seeing him as a patient!). The front office was HORRIBLE! She had to call my insurance THREE times to understand my plan. After the second time she told me that I had a $120 copay! I told her that that was incorrect and that I have a HSA. She did a couple of clicks on her mouse and says oh ya, here it is, but since it does not say how much is on there, I can't take your word for it. She wanted me to pay the $120 copay (which my plan doesn't even have a copay for anything!). She was very rude and condescending. When I first walked in she didn't say a word to me, she just looked at me until I said something to her. The nurse had a hard time faxing my Rx to my pharmacy. She goes well there are so many on Brown, so you will have to call the one I sent it to to see if it is the right one. You may need to track it down. REALLY?! If it was not for the physician's being so wonderful, I would definitely not go here ever again! Management.... DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR AWFUL STAFF!!

I have been to this facility quite a few times over the past couple years and I wish my primary was half as good. They have taken excellent care of my daughter and myself and the Dr's have gone so far as to call and see how we are doing. I tried the Urgent Care on Ironwood and Ocotillo and ended up with a medication I told them I was allerigic to. I recommend this Urgent Care to everyone!

This review is for Wendy the office manager. Rude, rude, rude 10 times over. Unprofessional, condescending, unhelpful and all with major attitude. An office manager should have at least basic communication and empathetic listening skills. Wendy should never have been put into a position that clearly requires more than kindergarten communication skills.Patients, take your co-pay's elsewhere if you want to be treated with any mount of dignity or respect. Gilbert Hospital on Power and Ray is awesome - I will never make the mistake of going to San Tan Urgent Care again.Hey Wendy, by the way, VERY unprofessional to hang up on a customer. Period. I have a Master's Degree and do not appreciate being scolded like I am in grade school. I'll tell EVERYONE I know to stay clear of your business due to your crappy attitude. Best of luck!
