I went to this urgent care when a tick bite from two weeks prior suddenly developed a large red hot area beside the bite. I was greeted promptly, registered, and was seen in a very short time. Dr. Johns was great, listened to the details, took the precaution of double checking the bite area for any remnants of the tick, then agreed that the area looked concerning and prescribed the antibiotic used to prevent long term complications from Lyme disease. Dr. Johns answered all my questions, sent the prescription electronically to the local CVS pharmacy, and I was able to start treatment quickly. All of the office staff were friendly and kind, and I highly recommend this urgent care if you have a need in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area!

My daughter woke up sick while on vacation this past weekend. After a quick search we found this urgent care. Dr Johns and her staff made us feel comfortable and Immediately took care of my daughteru2019s needs. They also assisted us with getting her medicine and all of her needs met while on vacation to feel better. After returning home the clinic still assisted with my daughteru2019s illness from 2 states away. I am beyond grateful for this office. We had a great experience and would recommend urgent care of the smokies to anyone local or on vacation. Thank you Dr Johns and staff.

My 5 year old daughter was sick and has not had good experiences with doctors in the past and gets nervous when doctors have to do any type of blood work or swabs. But they were amazing here! they gained her trust and did exactly what they said they would do and also made my daughter feel very comfortable. It took a little bit longer for them to do the strep test as my daughter was a little nervous, but they were so patient with her, they didn't rush her they talked with her about other things that she likes, and got to a good point where she trusted her to do the swab.nAnd did such an amazing job with her!nThanks so much for taking good care of her! It means a lot!
