Exceptional Care at CityDoc UptownI had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I visited late on a Saturday with abdominal pain and wasnu2019t sure if an urgent care could help. When I called ahead, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, assuring me that they could assist.When I arrived, the receptionist was just as kind in person, helping me with paperwork and getting me seen right away. The nurse was patient and thorough, asking detailed questions to understand my symptoms while being mindful of my discomfort. The doctor was also very kind, listened attentively to my concerns, answered all my questions, and provided a clear treatment plan.By midnight, I was already feeling significantly better. Urgent care experiences can be hit or miss, especially in Dallas, but CityDoc Uptown exceeded my expectations. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctor, everyone was professional, warm, and genuinely cared about my well-being. The facility was also clean and well-maintained.If youu2019re a young professional far from home and in need of urgent care, this is the place to go. I felt truly comforted and cared foru2014something Iu2019ve never experienced at a clinic before. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be returning!

There is a dangerous doctor practicing here. My 22 yr old daughter, who suffers from Asthma, was seen for a producing cough with green mucous. The doctor dismissed her symptoms and told her she was fine and young and healthy. He initially refused to give her a chest x-ray and recommended a steroid shot (which is dangerous if you have bronchitis). She told him her history of bronchitis and that when she sees green, it's indicative of bacterial infection. She left in tears after the doctor told her I'm 100% confident you are fine. Shame on this clinic for dismissing our young girls. Do better.

The staff was very kind, compassionate and competent. It was easy to make an appointment on the app and there was very little wait time. The only thing that would have helped me was knowing that you check in online and also need to go into the building. The facility is very clean with cute decor.
