This was my second time at this clinic. And I have to say I passed up several to make it back to them. They are amazing. This team really cares for those who need their services. From check in to check out they took my fear away and attended to my needs with care and concern. Dr Abraham has an awesome bedside manner and all the nurses were attentive and caring. Ms. Andrea , Nurse Latoya , Ms Cathy , Genesis .. everyone was amazing. I highly recommend this ER above all others

During a recent visit to Ally Medical ER in Spring, I was cared for by a compassionate and professional team. From the moment I walked in, Aime at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.nJoe, the radiology technician, handled imaging with efficiency and kindness, while ER tech Andrea S. was attentive and supportive throughout. My nurses, Shelley and Patricia, were incredibly patient and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. I was treated by Physician Abraham and Nurse Practitioner Lein, both of whom were thorough, respectful, and clear in their communication.nOverall, I felt well taken care of by a team that clearly works together to prioritize patient care and comfort. I left feeling reassured and grateful for the level of service I received.

This is the best urgent care/emergency care center in the area in my opinion. My husband and I have used them for both injury and sickness. They are timely, KIND, efficient, and KNOWLEDGABLE. The front desk check in experience was really smooth and easy, and the staff (I didn't catch her name) was very helpful. Shelley and Cathy, my nurses today, were WONDERFUL and even helped keep my toddler entertained while I was being seen. And Dr. Abraham was well informed and had great bedside manner. I will keep coming back to this center whenever we need urgent care. WONDERFUL experiences.

What a wonderful experience at Ally Emergency. Genesis handled our phone call promptly, answered all of our questions, and was more than prepared when we arrived. We were greeted warmly and she wasted no time getting us all set. My wifeu2019s care team was full of wonderful technicians, nurses, and doctors as well. Cathy and Courtney, our radiation and ER techs were professional, warm, and kind. Couldnu2019t have asked for better techs. The physician and PA - Dr. Sung and Anna -were also incredible at handling our concerns. Promptly ordered tests, called in necessary assistance, and referred us to care providers beyond the emergency room. My wife held great fondness for her nursing staff of Shelley and Nicole. They were so kind, helpful, professional, and helped my wife feel comfortable in all aspects of her visit.nOverall best emergency room experience. The team there is truly impeccable! They go above and beyond.
