I can't say enough about this hospital. The staff is amazing. I had surgery yesterday and was completely terrified. Everyone was so kind and instantly put me at ease. Not to mention the efficiency and the amount of staff! Someone was always around to answer questions or get me anything I needed. Communication was great! This hospital is top notch. I hope to never have surgery again, but if I do, I will make sure it's here.

I have had too many dealings here. From colonoscopies to colon resection. Tomorrow will be another scope and if God doesn't intervene another resection on Tuesday (my 3rd). The people have all been great from doctors to cleaning staff. The facilities are clean, food is great, rooms are huge, and they give you a free robe (thick and luxurious). Every need is met. This will be my 15th surgery, so I've had lots of experience and know well. While, not looking forward to the recovery, I have no doubt I'll have no problems with my visit. While most of this review is still accurate, I have to admit that after getting home I ran int complications. I was advised to travel back up there (over 1 1/2 hours each way) because the Dr. felt I was dehydrated ( I was but the 2 nurses said it was unlikely as I had just been discharged the day before I have very fragile veins, and they collapsed 3 before asking if I still wanted to try. I should have left them do it. My wife didn't see any hope or caring so we went home. My blood pressure dropped to 57/43, and I couldn't hold anything down. We landed up going back where I was readmitted. A few bags on the IV with some vitamins and I'm back home. It was my choice to leave but a little empathy would have gone a long way. My kidneys were mildly shutting down by time I made it there. Oh and no robes this time LOL.

Completely wonderful care from start to finish. Checking in was a bit of a wait, but we were escorted everywhere by staff workers, everything was explained completely, and extra care was provided in everything with little wait time. 5 star service ALL THE WAY! Everyone was smiling and helpful.nnMy girlfriend, the patient, was a bit cold after surgery and so I pulled back the curtain and asked one of the nurses, who immediately got her a warm blanket to put around the patient. She even helped her get dressed and called for the vallet service to have SUV ready for us. Kudos! ud83dudc4fnnGood luck finding this level of patient care at St Francis or St John in Tulsa!

Excellent hospital for surgical care.nAll of my friends and family have great praise and positive reviews during their entire process. Professional and friendly staff makes a huge difference. Valet parking and excellent overall parking makes things a lot easier.
