I cannot say enough great things about this office. Iu2019ve come here a few times and they have me in and out within 45mins. After several awful experiences with my local urgent care (not gonna name names although I should ud83dude12) who left me sitting in the office for hours waiting for care.. this office is a breath of fresh air. Also, everyone here is kind and personable which makes all the difference when youu2019re not feeling well.

I will start this by saying it was not that bad to start. I went in for immediate care because of back issues appointment was fast provider was a little rushed but it was fast and quick service. Here is where the problem began I was prescribed 3 drugs 2 of them where fine the third was incorrect (yes that is write that wrote a prescription for the wrong drug) I noticed this because they gave me a mouth wash instead of lidocaine strips. I understand mistakes happen I went back to the pharmacy first and verified the prescription was in fact for those meds and then returned to the immediate care. I go in and explain my issue. While waiting for someone to talk to me I hear a provider explaining to her staff that her notes should not go out with patients because last time they did a customer complained that she was just copying the notes from the last visit and not listening to her. They bring out a nurse from the back that tells me it is not a big deal and just throw the wrong meds away. I try to explain it is a bit more of a big deal since I 1 do not have the meds I am supposed to and 2. The meds that I was given are not right and that is a problem that should be corrected.she explains only the doctor that gave out the wrong meds can correct that but I would need to make an appointment for the next day to see her after complaining they brought out the provider that was on duty for the day and she trys to explain that it is not a big deal. She says they will put in the correct prescription at the pharmacy and I can pick it up. Turns out there was no prescription put in. When I brought up the fact mabry someone should be checking medications before they are sent out I got a nasty replay from the provider as I left. This will just ass to the list of complaints for this place. Unfortunately for the provider I did not have a issue. My only tecorse of action for this is to make a complaint to the state medical board. I would have loved to make this a small correction but when they will not even try to correct there mistake it will only be a matter of time before they kill someone.

Had a 8:15 AM appointment. Sat in their waiting room for almost 2 hours while I watch walk ins that had come in after me go in to be seen before me. Don't know what they were there for, but I was there for a UTI with Back Pain. Between seeing the provider and giving a urine sample, I probably would have been in and out of there in 30 min if they were running the place properly. Even overheard the receptionist say to take her first, before that one while pointing at us. Didn't know receptionists could triage. Won't be going back. Probably would have been taken back faster at the emergency room unfortunately. Hopefully they will refund my copay and not bill my insurance because I didn't see a provider. I'm a nurse btw.

I am going to share details, I lost my hearing at 21 years due to Lymes. I am now 57 and have come to terms with it. Recently, I felt like I was losing my hearing all over again. Could not get into Any ENT or Audiologist for at least two weeks and I knew something was very very wrong. From the second, I walked in and Cathy Met me at the front desk My nerves were calmed. She was so compassionate and definitely deserves a lot of recognition. My provider Anna Came into the room and again I was In an emotional state, thinking I was going through the nightmare I lived when I was 21 years old she checked me, told me not to worry and again was so caring And compassionate. Sheu2019s scheduled for me to have some kind of ear washu2026 Enter, that is Where Selene Came in. She was actually one of the first that I met. She took all of my vitals, etc. she washed my ears out And there was the tip of a Q-tips stuck in my left ear, I can still hear !! I was so scared and all alone and these three women had so much compassion. They should definitely be recognized. Thank you For your amazing healthcare. And thank you for you.u2764ufe0fu2026 Ana has been in contact since to make sure I am OK. Just wow! This staff should be recognized for sure.

I had a good experience there a long time ago which might be why they have over a 4 star rating. Since then my family has been there twice and both times had a horrible experience. They have no desire or intention to actually help anybody in any way shape or form. Their primary objective is to bill, bill, bill. People are walking $ signs to this place. Perfect model of big medical. I urge you to stay away. Go to any another walk in if you actually need care.
