I have gone to different locations when it comes to urgent care. But I must say this has been one of the most Comfort Inn places that Iu2019ve been for treatment. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very kind. And that goes from the person who was at the receptionist desk to the person who took my vitals to the Doctor Who saw me.

Great choice for children. Nurse was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Got the illness confirmed right away by the doctor. Receptionist was friendly. Was very content to find good service in this urgent care especially during a winter storm. Dedicated employees.

The Good: receptionist was very good as was medical asstnThe Bad: did not accept my sonu2019s insurance;nThe Very bad: PA confirmed our opinion that my son had pink eye (very contagious). He prescribed antibiotic eyedrops; I asked if they would call in the Rx and was told yes; it was never called in; had to continue with them the next morning to get the Rx called in; 18 hours later Rx was being filled by cvs; the most important piece was totally mishandled.

(The physicians assistant) along with his assisting staff were attentive and professional.nThey Spent the time and asked the right questions to help me communicate my concerns.nThey arranged for blood work and contacted me with the results.nBeing in the medical field myself and having been to other urgent care centers, I am confident to Recommend this Priority Urgent Care Center in Newington.
