Great experience all around! Professional, caring staff totally on top of it, from reception to examination to after visit follow-up. Meds prescribed electronically transmitted to nearby CVS and ready for pick up in 15 minutes. Results of X-ray arrived in 10 minutes (nice that they have an X-ray machine in-house). Highly recommend.

I was able to get an appointment within an hour, but careful, there's a 12-page pre-visit questionnaire (contact info, scanning insurance card, license, etc.), so leave some time before leaving home. Once I arrived, I was quickly seen, examined, x-rayed, and given the negative results, along with some referrals for a follow-up for a soft-tissue injury. AFC called me 2 days later to follow-up also. Well done.nNot all urgent care facilities are daily staffed with x-ray technicians, so I suggest calling ahead, if that's important to your injury.

I had a very bad experience with CareWell Cambridge and then switched to this urgent care. The doctor was very patient. Check in, meet doctor, diagnose, X ray and analysis were all done in half hour on time. The experience is so amazing. I cannot believe the difference is so huge among urgent cares.

AFC Urgent Care Waltham is the best of the best. After nightmare experiences with other urgent care centers in the area, they have been a breath of fresh air. The staff is very attentive to concerns, and works to find the best solution for your needs. They have helped me many times with care for sprains, pneumonia, sinus infections, bronchitis, and more. Every single time I left there I felt I was truly given the best treatment. When I didnu2019t have a Primary Care Doctor, AFC staff went above and beyond to check in with me after my visits, as well as schedule follow-up visits with them directly to ensure I was taken care of. I sincerely appreciate the diligent work AFC Urgent Care Waltham does to take care of me and the community.
