I had a great experience with my visit. Everybody is friendly and professional . I was in and out within 20 minutes and got my prescription withinnthe hour of my visit.nCheck in was easy and convenient including filling up forms and demographic .

I would give 0 stars if I could. Being that this place is an Urgent Care center, I think they need to learn how to triage patients. Came in with abdominal pain and was in obvious discomfort. I waited over an hour before I was seen. When I questioned why people were going in before me but came after me, I was told they had appointments. By they time I went in, the diagnostic testing I needed could not be performed because it had gotten too late. Was advised to go to the ER. Waste of time, waste of a copay and after all that I wound up having pancreatitis and needed my gallbladder removed. This place isn't an urgent care, it's a clinic.

Went there because of an accident. Tried to hold off the week but the headaches and neck/back pain continued. Waited 2 hours to be seen. Doctor was going to prescribe a muscle relaxer to help me. did an xray that was fine, then the doctor freaked out about a question I had about an old vertebral artery dissection I had 2 years ago. she told me to go to the hospital, which is fine. I then get to my car that the doctor only prescribed zofran..... nothing at all for the pain I have... visit was 3 hours for nothing. Should've just gone to the hospital. Nausea medication? Really? Never coming here again

The facility is nice. The nurse was very nice. However, I am giving it two stars because I felt that the doctor gaslighted me and felt rushed during my visit.nnI called the office to confirm if they offer a procedure X. The person on the phone confirmed that this location did offer this minor procedure. While checking in, I told the front desk person, Jacqueline, that I was also coming in for that procedure. Jacqueline didn't say that this procedure wasn't offered.nnWhen I meet the doctor, she tells me that I must have called the wrong location. She says the office has never provided the procedure. I felt like she was quite rude at first with her tone. The doctor then kindly said she'll ask around to see who gave me wrong information. No one stepped up. The doctor claimed that I called the wrong office two more times. I did not.nnI'm upset by the lack of accountability and dishonesty. If this place did not offer this treatment, I would have paid a visit to another urgent care facility.nnI'm also upset that the visit was rushed. I had to remind the doctor about another medical concern I had, and she told me to take some OTC medicine without any explanation of why I am having these symptoms and how this medicine would help me.nnThere are many urgent care facilities in the area. I highly recommend seeking out care in those facilities. Patients need to feel cared for and reassured. This experience taught me that money over quality of care is prioritized by this institution and specific location.

Painful sitting in the waiting room. Awful third-rate game shows play nonstop. Feel like I am witnessing the dumbing down of our population. They should feature something more uplifting like travel, culinary or nature-based programming.
