My daughter is sick and still a toddler this is the FIRST of three places I called. Just to see if I could schedule an appointment or even speak to someone with my questions....sickness doesn't wait for people to answer phones. And it certainly doesn't wait after leaving a voicemail.....I didn't even bother. As I have seen other reviews stating theyve left a message and never got an answer. I'm disappointed that no one at st lukes answers phones. And frustrated that it is happening in multiple locations.

Iu2019m so grateful for this office and especially Dr. jones. I bring all my children to see her. She always made my children feel comfortable as well as myself as a mother. I had such a hard time the last few years with my sons medical issues and I was always able to get a hold of someone at the office. I canu2019t even count the amount of times Dr. Jones reached out to me personally over the phone to address any issue we were facing. She truly listens to the patient and the parents. There has been a few other doctors at the practice as well but Dr. Jones has always made myself and my children feel comfortable and well cared for. We have been going to this office for the past four to five years. I canu2019t express how thankful I am that Dr. Jones became my childrenu2019s Physician, the amount of support and knowledge she has shown our family is beyond words!!!

My experience with St. Lukes pediatrics Allentown office was good at the beginning, but since 2023, I feel like nobody ever answered the phone calls. I can only leave a message, and it takes a long time to get a reply after leaving a message. I tried to schedule a sick appointment for my kid with asthma symptoms on Mondayuff0ccalled and left a detailed message at 8:00 am in the morning, waiting for a response. The hospital finally called back around 12:00 pm, and I was told that he needed to go to urgent care because he was not a baby.

Wish I can give it 0 stars. Dr Jones is by far the worst doctor I have ever took my daughter to see. She rushed our visit. Brush off my concerns about my child. Did absolutely no test to confirm her diagnoses. Truly disappointing. Was looking forward to seeing a st Lukeu2019s pediatrics doctor , since we just relocated to this state. But I will not ever return here. Office was beautiful. But also when we arrived there was no one in the front to check in. If youu2019re looking for a good, caring doctor with good beside manners. Dr Jones is not the one.

Our three boys have been going to this office for a few years now and we have always had positive, nurturing experiences. Their provider is Dr. Jones and I have nothing but praise for her and the staff in her office! The environment is warm and inviting. Dr. Jones takes the time to get to know you and your concerns with regards to your child (ren). I will always recommend this pediatric office... as a medical professional myself, I truly appreciate the care and time my children receive there.
