Horrible after experience. I went there for slight abdominal pains. Went in to see the doctor, and was told I have to do a pee sample. I had no quarrels about that because pee sample is always a thing at the doctors for me. It wasn't unusual. I told the doctor I was just having a little pain, she did the most minimal check and said, oh you're probably just having hormone changes. I said cool, she said I'll do some checks, I said ok. She mentioned possible lab check and I said NO. Walked out and that was that.nnTell me why a couple weeks after I get a whopping $480 bill from UR, I'm like what the hell is this for. I called UR to hear this lady sent my pee for testing without my consent and tested for STI/STD. I already had those test done and was cleared and told the UR person. I didn't even know she was going to do that, then I called them and could not get a soul to sort this out. I told them I never consented to that. After UR reached out, this doctor is going to lie and say. I CAME IN THERE FOR STD/STI TESTING. I WAS FLABBERGASTED, BECAUSE THAT WAS A BALANT LIE. I went there for slight abdominal pains. They refuse to answer the phone, she continued to lie and I was left to pay the bill.nnDon't go to this place because they are liars that will debt trap you. I don't even know the result of that dame test she decided to do, because she never updated me. RUBBISH OF A PLACE!!!

I know you guys may be short-staffed but That is not an excuse for long wait with no explanation. It's simple and easy to tell people. Sorry guys but we are short-staffed at the moment. Please bear with us. The live feed that lets us know how busy y'all are does not match what's actually going on there. I went because it's not too busy. I get there and it's packed nowhere to sit Please try & fix that.

Dentis interrogated me about me being a vet and about why I have Va dental and dental at Woodward health.nnAnd asked me why do I come there? Which I can say is none of her dam business! Is it common for a dentis to interrogate their patients about their insurance?nnIu2019m a senior and disabled veteran who donu2019t need a woman from another country talking to me as Iu2019m a child. Make me feel that this is racially motivated. And very disrespectful to the elderly people.nnJordan health along with the others have a very terrible appointment system. I just called Jordan health to complain about how difficult and stressful it is to get an appointment with Woodward health. That if you do finally get through to someone or burn gas to go to Woodward health that they tell you to call back in 2 weeks. When you call and finally get through to someone, they tell you to call back on the 15th or on this day or timeframe or that day and timeframe. And then all they want to do is an exam. Iu2019ve had more exams there and regular appointments.nnIu2019ve been with Woodward health for over a decade.nnI had a Dr Hoiet for 9 years until she left the Woodward health center. I loved her and I miss her. I hav a new health care provider Broomfield for a few years or more who I like.nnBut the dental there and getting an appointment is very stressfulu2026nnJordan health on holland street whom I stole with earlier whe I asked if I could make an appointment there told me all the Jordan health system is that way. Whether is brown square or Woodward or any of them operate the same for dental. Pretty sad.nnIn fact very terrible and distressingu2026nnThey need to hire a new team for the dental office and maybe new employees who want to work for a living. Who show appreciation to their patients and professionalism when making appointments and getting patients looked after.nnI donu2019t wish for anyone to get fired. But am more concerned about me getting the service that I and my health insurance deserveu2026nnAnd I care about my health more than about you having a job that you donu2019t have to be worried about getting patients inu2026

So today I wasted an hour of my day at an appointment that was never supposed to be scheduled because I wasnu2019t due yet for my dental cleaningu2026 but my appointment was still scheduled three months prior to this current date because you have to schedule your appointment three months ahead you would think that they would accommodate or go out of their way to make sure they make up for their mistake and your lost time at work.. NOPE they didnu2019t In all reality I didnu2019t really expect them to there is no quality here Unfortunately this place has gone from bad to worse theyu2019re service has gotten worse over the years and so has the cleanliness attentiveness and accuracy. Their scheduling is horrific definitely Not accurate and they seem to not care about peoples lost time due to their lack of attention they definitely are not professionals. scheduling takes forever and on top of that thereu2019s always some kind of confusion and miscommunication With appointment scheduling or random cancellations due to providers not being there I definitely took my families care somewhere else unfortunately after being a patient here for 32 years.

This place has changed a lot since I was a kid I got all my shots here growing up. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment or the pharmacy. Everyone I've interacted with was pleasant and professional. My doctor listens to me and keeps me up to date about my health. My infants goes her as well her doctor is the best I couldn't ask for anything more.(Dr Miller) For OBGYN I have Benjamin he the best.
