Marianna at reception was absolutely fantastic with getting us checked in quickly and putting an anxious mama at ease. My daughter and husband were seen by Mary, who took their X-rays and was just so friendly. She went over everything with us (nothing broken, thankfully!) and wrapped them up. Her kindness was so contagious, my daughter told her she loved her by the time we left! I never want to have to go to urgent care, but Iu2019m so grateful this is the urgent care thatu2019s right next to us.

Christina and Jocina were courteous and professional. They had outstanding communication skills and above all the treatment they gave my wife improved her condition when she left. Shelby Urgent Care is a little further drive for us but the care we receive is worth it.

I was seen here along with my 2 young children. All I have to say is wow. This place was amazing Christina was an angel and she cared so much about my children and myself and you can really see it. The BEST of the BEST of all urgent cares in the Universe! Calling it an Urgent care seems almost an insulting. From the front desk staff smiles to the knowledge and confidence of the Doctors on staff - I cannot say enough . My Health Shelby UC is Welcoming , clean (even smells like lemons) and I have never waited more than 10-15 min at the most to be seen . The providers take the time to listen to you and your symptoms and truly want to assist you in getting you back on your feet and to you old self as quick as possiblen. Dr.Christina Byk is hands down my favorite practitioner. She has seen both myself and my 3 year old (who has a complex health history) and both times I felt like I was in the best of hands !
