I would definitely use this place again. It was super easy to check in online. The staff was professional yet sympathetic of my sick kid. The visit itself took about five minutes to get vitals and diagnose. Couldn't ask for better!

I have been taking my kids here for a few years now & have never had a complaint about the care! They are always so fast, attentive & kind! From things like ear extractions to strep throat, they have always been able to take care of us! My kids also always enjoy getting a rubber duck at the end of their visit!nnWeu2019ve even utilized their virtual visit service & curbside testing service. All are phenomenal!!nnLost one star due to the lobby. It feels dirty & I believe itu2019s from the amount of scuffs, scratches, dust on baseboards & chipped paint. It makes waiting in a room full of sick kids feel even worse. A very simple fix like new paint would go such a long way!

Took my son in for Rash, fever headache and body aches. 05/11/25. They had no idea what he had and only test they did was for strep(negative results) All we heard was u201cI donu2019t think itu2019s this or thatu201d we left with more questions than answers. Just kept telling us she didnu2019t know what it could be but prescribed us steroids. And told us if it gets worse to take him to the emergency. Well it did in fact get worse. Brought him to the er and they did all the test and found out he has hsp with elevated kidney levels. And dr said heu2019s glad we brought him in.nThis urgent care for KIDS is a waste of 150! Will for sure make a complaint for our money back! Never will I bring my kid here again.

I rate my experience 0 stars.nnLet me start off with the beginning, my daughter is terrified of getting swabbed. I understand some doctors are not comfortable prescribing a medication, such as an antibiotic without a positive lab, such as strep.nnMy daughter was terrified and screaming just to get the specimen.nnSecond, the doctor came in for literally two minutes prescribed the medication and left the room.nnDidnu2019t say dosage or give too much info.nnI forgot something, before my daughter was seen I was expected to pay $170. Anyone would be upset with the care that my daughter received for that price.nnI understand that we came at a later time and everyone wanted to go home, however feeling that rush was unnecessary.nnTypically I get a summary of the visit. I didnu2019t receive anything just a bye.nnWhen I asked what dosage or for the summary I was told that this facility does not provide and that we could find out from pharmacy.nnI took my daughter during the evening so that she could take a dose tonight instead of waiting until the afternoon tomorrow post being seen.nnBecause the pharmacy I originally put was closed. My daughter unless for me speaking up would have to wait an extra day.nnWhen ask if the doctor could send the medication to a pharmacy that was open, I was told they couldnu2019t do that.nnIt wasnu2019t until I ask for a prescription order from the doctor that then it was given and thus was after expressing how was I expected to find my own opened pharmacy without an order.nnWe will not be coming back.
