Stay away from this place!!! Dirty and unprofessional!! This is the place where you can catch more stuff visiting then you bring it in. Nurse and medical assistance I have seen today, stunning lack of education!! You will not get any diagnosis based on a medical interview with the patient. They can not even recognize basic under the weather symptoms.nYou have to run multiple tests for $$$ so be ready to spend extra 1K (they don't accept insurance).nI was left in the room for over an hour without any assistance but they definitely have time to sing in the hallway. I had to ask the medical assistant if anyone would see me today and when finally the nurse practitioner came in, she slammed the doors ostentatiously ( I guess she was told I am not happy with customer service already, so she decided to make it even worse , how professional.) . At least I have time to take multiple pictures of how dirty this place is and write the official complaint to the right department. I feel really bad for the owner of this place that patients are treated this way under his absence.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL SERVICES. They do not know what theyu2019re doing u2014 they are incredibly under certified. The manager also doesnu2019t know how to do his job and lies consistently. I came here for a root canal and they pretended to perform one. When I found out and had X-rays to support this, they refused and still continue to refuse to give my money back. It is not worth a dime.

The clinic can be more welcoming when bringing patients on board. As I was in critical condition this morning, they almost sent me out of the door because of my u201cattitudeu201d when really I felt like I was about to die. All I wanted to do was be seen in high urgency, and then they began to take offense. Other than that though, these ladies helped me save my life.nn- I am never returning hereu2026 the team is not helpful, they are poor with communication, and extending resources. They decided to run three tests on me (that I didnu2019t ask for besides a strep test). I was negative on all three. And they will not prescribe me medications because my u201ccare was transferredu201d. I was tested accordingly before I was hospitalized. They should have prescribed me medications WHILE I WAS THERE. That was the purpose of my whole visit anyways. $550 down the drain for testing, IV fluid, and one reversal medication.

Totally a shitty place. They only know how to play tricks with the patient and charge more and more. The X-Ray machine doesn't even work properly still they charge $179. The person who is in charge for the xray his attitude was next level. OVERALL I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN $400 just to treat fever.nThe doctor and the receptionist was busy chit chatting and eating chocolates rather than doing their work. Very PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE ud83dudc4f

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE GETTING STITCHES.nnI had an unfortunate accident last Sunday which required a visit to urgent care to get stitches. Although they don't take insurance, they were up front about the cost (which was upwards of $1,100 for stitches in my chin, upper lip, and on the inside of my mouth - pretty wild).nnI was in and out in about two hours. While the staff was polite and the NP I met with was pleasant, the facility itself was very dirty and rundown.nnI returned to my primary care doctor this morning to remove the stitches. Unfortunately, non-dissolvable stitches were used on the inside of my mouth which he couldn't remove. Luckily, I was able to get in to an ENT doctor that afternoon to have them removed. Both my primary care doctor and ENT doctor said this should have never happened. Even if non-dissolvable stitches had to be used on the inside of my lip, I was told by both doctors that the stitches were done poorly which was definitely frustrating.
