Everyone was friendly, kind and very efficient. The original phone call took care of the immediate information they needed. Check in was quick and easy. I was called back right away. Assessment made, X-rays taken, results and prescription for remedy and out the door in under an hour. These folks are exceptional. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly, polite, and very helpful. She did everything she could to get me into a room quickly. I also did not have to wait long for the doctor to see me. He was professional, but friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend urgent care of Holden.

Great customer service skill right from the moment we walked in, Front Administrative staff, to EMT who took the Vitals and intake, to the Provider who saw my husband- highly Professional staff, they listened to us, and my husband was well cared for.
