Best urgent care experience Iu2019ve had so far! My mother-in-law was having some breathing complications. When we entered the doctor notice she was trying to catch her breath and immediately brought her to a room to start getting vitals before even signing in.nAmazing bedside manners, was thorough as well as patient in explaining and listening to her.nWe will be returning here for our urgent care needs in the future, even though it is not the closest establishment!

The staff is very nice. But, be very careful because they are out of network for Delaware BC/BS and you may get a very large bill. I did receive a call from a staff member concerning the bill and was impressed by her honesty and concern for the community. For this reason, my original review was amended. I might visit again if my insurance was associated with the facility.

Been here twice in last 6 months. Excellent experience both times. Found them initially because other urgent care sites close by 8pm and this one is OPEN UNTIL 10 PM!!! I've gone to the chain of other competitor aggressively advertised urgent care sites here in NCC and they bill their visits like they are ER visits, way too expensive and high copay for Medicare with a supplement plan. Urgent Care Plus at Prices Corner billed both visits like a regular doctor visit.

Kind, caring staff. SO clean and brand NEW! Quick service but not so quick that you feel like youu2019ve been rushed in and out. Everything was perfect. Took amazing care of my daughter. Very easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff is so welcoming. Made my daughter feel comfortable and safe when she wasnu2019t feeling well. I used to go somewhere else but this is now my go to place! Thank you, Urgent Care+
