We came in for a simple suture removal. The exam room was filthy. Biowaste bin full to the point of overflowing, with used needles sitting on top. Floors clearly had not been mopped in weeks. The bedside tray for medical instruments was covered in dust, which was then used by the provider to rest her tools on. The painted wall below the hand sanitizer was covered in streaks where sanitizer had over sprayed or dripped. The area all around the door handle to exit the exam room was super dirty. One of the stretchers with what appeared to be drywall dust sprinkled all over it. Overall, just lots of indications that no regular cleaning is happening in this facility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This Urgent Care facility was top notch in every way. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was in desperate need of medical attention (not life and death ER status though). There was minimal (10 min) wait and the doc was fabulous because she listened to my concerns, performed a quick exam to verify what was happening, and provided me with the medical treatment and relief that I requested. I was feeling better within an hour and am feeling very grateful!

I had a very positive experience with all people at Urgent care yesterday. I had a cough for a few days and was feeling very sick .I was lucky to have a very professional and caring physician Dr. Lilia P. as a provider. She was very kind and competent ! And she speaks three languages!!! I appreciated the possibility to speak my own native language. I got a chest x-ray right away, and received very good health advices, and got prescriptions to get a medicine. God bless you, dear Dr.Lilia.

Overall, I had a decent experience. My wait wasn't long, the reception staff was great, and the MA was amazing! My issue is that the doctor on staff during my visit was in and out in less time than it took for me to get my vitals checked and I was told to ride out a sore throat that I've now had for over 2 weeks.

I went there for a pre-employment drug screening. My info from the employer was that I did not have to have an appointment, but when I showed at 8:15am they told me I would have to wait for staff who could process my visit. I waited about 30 min.The office was clean, but needs cosmetic improvements. The owners I'm sure know this and should address it to encourage referrals and repeat customers.
