Was visiting family when I felt I had gotten an ear infection. Went online and got a late morning appointment. Called and asked if I could come in earlier. Was told they weren't too busy and they may be able to squeeze me in. Arrived, filled out the paperwork, waited a few minutes and was called back.nDoctor determined it was likely a sinus infection putting pressure on my ear. Prescribed an antibiotic and sent me on my way. All that in less than an hour.nOverall a good experience. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Thumbs up to everyone.

Front desk was gracious and informative while getting my fiancu00e9 and I an appointment at their soonest. My nurse & Dr. K did phenomenal work on making sure I was attended to and at my most comfortable. While she was honest and direct she showed care every step of the way. We are sincerely grateful.

I felt super sick with a chest cold on a cross country drive. I really needed help. I was seen almost immediately and the doctor showed he cared. I received steroids, breathing treatment and prescriptions. I felt better immediately and now, 4 hours later, I feel I am finally on the path to kicking this bug. OMG I needed this. Very nice group, cool doctor who cares.

My experience at this facility while traveling away from home was great. The wait time was reasonable and I was in as soon as I finished the paperwork. The front desk was welcoming and kind but the doctor was really the person that made me feel well cared for. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and went over everything with me. She took her time asked questions about my medical conditions. This did not feel like an emergency care facility it was more like going to your hometown family doctor.

Came in a had a decent wait time but had a cup in the waiting room that was left there by the chairs where I sat. Staff at front desk was okay, she got us ready for the appointment. Doctor was VERY rude. He rushed the entire process, and seemed he didn't read any notes. He recommended cream for my rash even when I said it didn't work. Felt judged by his tone of voice, and did not listened to me at all.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
