Whenever I have an emergency, I come here! They are caring, fast, and they answered all of my questions and concerns! Their rooms are so clean and they have great customer service! The nurse I had was so caring and gentle! I loved her!

I have used this ER a couple of times in years past, before they changed hands, which was good. But, I want to say that my service today was exemplary! From the kind lady at the reception desk, to the sweet clinical technician, to Dr. Patel himself, my experience was the BEST I have ever received in an ER. Very nice people! Professional, understanding, caring and personable. I was seen quickly and my issue resolved. Everyone listens to you and are genuinely concerned about your level of comfort at all times. Dr. Patel is especially a very nice gentleman. He goes the extra mile to help his patients both in the office and then providing information of what you may need at home. They even offered me a covid test (as long as I was there already) and of course I agreed. He, and all his staff are TOP NOTCH! I thank you very much for taking care of my needs. :)

The bad reviews arenu2019t kidding guys. There's a reason they have signs trying to convince you to come in. I will say all staff was friendly besides Dr. Nguyen who was there during the morning the morning shift. I came in for an earache and was seen right away however, I was confused as to why I needed labs for something that was obviously an earache (this was partly my fault for going to an ER and not an urgent care). I asked the phlebotomists (who was friendly) if I could speak to the doctor before she drew labs and she agreed. I worked for an ER so I was confused as to why I needed labs for an earache. I asked him why I needed labs and he condescendingly said This is an emergency room. He also proceed to look at my ear for maybe 1 second total and was like Oh yup that's inflamed. If it was so easy to diagnose why did you feel the need to run an IV on me? He really needs to work on his rapport with his patients. It seemed like he was bothered that he had to answer a question like that isn't part of his job. Any who, would avoid this place. I would hate to see how they treat patients who had an actual emergency

The only reason Iu2019m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the nurses were very nice and understanding. But Dr. Nguyen was absolutely horrible. When I told him what I needed help with (a piercing had torn a hole in my skin and I couldnu2019t take it out), he just said u201cI donu2019t know how to do that. Go to a tattoo place.u201d and walked out of the room. I was shocked. So I started to leave and when he saw me in the hallway he said I had to wait for my paperwork. The nurse came in and handed me a reference and instructions on what to do and was very sweet. But the Dr didnu2019t tell me he was going to get me a reference, nor did he give me any guidance. I will never go to this place again just because I donu2019t want to risk getting stuck with him.

My cousin was very ill and after waiting over an hour at Houston Northwest we left and decided to come to this ER, which is conveniently located across the street. After filling out some quick paperwork we were brought immediately to a room. The receptionist, Amanda, was very helpful. The nurse, Christine, was very nice. My cousin was seen quickly, got his test results the same visit, and felt better when we left. Dr. Nguyen explained everything well and great bedside manner. This is by far the best ER experience EVER!! We will recommend to all our friends. Thank you!!
