This place was amazing. There was only one doctor working the day that we went and Dr. Amanda worked hard not to have a long waiting time. She was very patient when she got into the rooms and she was in a great mood despite she was the only doctor and there were people consistently coming in. This is my first time going to this urgent care. The front desk receptionists were very polite and caring as well. They had smiles from the moment that we walked in to the moment that we walked out. And even though the lobby was full of kids and there was noise, no one was bothered by that and everyone was very professional. I would totally recommend this urgent care.

We recently visited Pediatric Urgent care for our daughter, who was experiencing wheezing due to an infection. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. The care team quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly to us, and took prompt action to treat her condition. Thanks to their thoroughness and compassion, she started feeling better soon after the visit. We are very grateful for the excellent care she received and would highly recommend this clinic to other parents.

We had a great experience when visiting this location. We are from San Antonio and we were in town visiting my sister. My 9 year old daughter developed a high fever overnight and had alot of cough. The front office staff was very nice and the medical assistant/nurse was very attentive. She was seen by Dr. Meenu who was great. She was very patient and took her time seeing my daughter. She diagnosed her with pneumonia & started her on antibiotics. Thank you all at this office for excellent patient care!!!!!

My appointment was set for 10:40 am. I set it up online and it was very straightforward and smooth. Once I got there you check in and wait. There were three people ahead and it was already 10:38 a.m. On screen it showed two families plus a walk in . I knew I wasnu2019t going to be seen on time. By 11:35 my sonu2019s name was called and after 20 minutes of wait the nurse practitioner came in and checked him out. We didnu2019t leave office until 12:15 pm . The staff (including the nurse practitioner) were AMAZING, which is why I left three stars. But the wait time was awful and to be honest there was no point in setting a schedule online if walk ins are welcomed and will be given priority, even if you have a set appointment. I will give a benefit of a doubt and say maybe the morning I went it was busy than usual. Overall your child will be seen by great staff but just prepare yourself to wait a while if there is a high volume of viruses going around.

Had to schedule last minute. So glad thereu2019s plenty of late availability. Love the ease of the app. I can upload all necessary documentation. Staff greeted me with a smile even though I had their last appointment of the day. Medical assistant was very pleasant and so was the nurse practitioner. Very thorough, great bedside manner. I have been using little spurs for whenever I cannot be seen at our pediatrician. My pediatrician has even said that they are highly recommended. Thank you so much!
