The urgent care team is absolutely amazingu2026 but Dr. Cohen Azarkin is a complete nightmare and should not practice medicine! Horrific bedside manner who does not care to know his patients and just wants to pump you up with prescriptions and give out referrals for no reason whatsoever. Letu2019s not mention his inappropriate comments such as u201cdo you even speak Englishu201d, which I turn and sarcastically say u201cNO, NOT AT ALLu201d. I can Only imagine how uninformed patients just accept that this is how you should be treated. After meeting him once, I cancelled My follow up and went to NYU to find a primary doctor. This is not how medicine should be practiced

Took them over two hours to do x-ray and get the results, there is still no results when I left. I went out at least 10 times saying I have limited time, and still no one care. This place is very slow, go only if you have nothing else to do during that day.

I had a positive experience at this urgent care center. The staff was friendly, efficient, and provided a clean and comfortable environment. Despite initial hesitation due to negative reviews during the Covid pandemic, my visit went smoothly without any issues. I was impressed with the level of care and attention I received and would highly recommend this urgent care.nnDuring my visit, I was treated by Dr. Hillel, who was excellent. He demonstrated knowledge, attentiveness, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Hillel's expertise and professionalism made me feel at ease and confident in my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Hillel and would gladly seek him out for any of my future medical needs.

I've had mixed (both positive and negative) experiences here in the past, but tonight was just bad. The service there was actually quick and responsive, but the post care (sending in my prescription, responding to being paged) was terrible. Because flu medication needs to be started within 48 hours of symptoms, I needed to get the medication tonight. At 10 pm, after my diagnosis, I went to the pharmacy they said would be open til 12. When I got there, the prescription hadn't yet been sent in. I waited 10 minutes and then called the office to make sure it had been sent. I got the service operator, who was nice but ultimately could do no more than page one of the doctors. I was assured that I'd receive a call back, but after another phone call and an hour and a half waiting at the pharmacy, the call never came and the prescription never went through. As I waited at the pharmacy, another patient who had been seen by the same provider also came in for a prescription which never came through. We both left disappointed. And because I've now missed the 48 hour window, I can't take the medication at all. And, instead of going home to rest, I spent an hour and a half waiting for nothing. Sigh. Seriously frustrating!
