I only leave reviews for really bad places or really amazing places. This was my first positive experience at urgent care with a small child. The woman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind. We didnu2019t have to wait long at all, and even when there was a few minute wait, the woman at the front desk went to check on the hold up. The nurse was great with children, and the doctor was quick and efficient and kind. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes which is huge for urgent care. Definitely will go back to this place. Didnu2019t even mention the adorable decor and how clean it is! So happy we stumbled on this place.

The receptionist didn't seem customer friendly to me. When we came in at the time of our appointment, she looked at us like we were bothering her. She did do a good job processing us through, but I just know that look that says, 'damn, another one'. After that the wait time to see the doctor was a bit long. Even though we had an appointment & was on time. It took like 30-40 mins before the actual doctor came into our room after the initial intake procedures. I presume they were short staffed that day, because we've been there before and I had better experiences during those visits. A better reception & more doctors, to decrease the wait time, is where the improvement is needed.Quick follow-up: their service is getting worser and worser. They did not send my child's prescription to the pharmacy when the said they would, so I had to call them the next day and ask them to resend it. Then, the prescribed info contradicted the info on the label, so I called about that...and again they seemed bothered when I asked them do give me this info in writing and just told me that the info is in the portal...but it WAS NOT THERE. In my book they just went from not so good to just frustrating at this point.

While I was really upset that I needed to take my newborn baby to an urgent care center, I was really grateful to discover this clinic in particular. Every staff member I encountered was kind and caring. The digital check in experience was easy. The wait time for the week of Christmas (when most other pediatricians offices were closed) was not bad! The physician assistant Melissa S. was outstanding. Her bedside manner, knowledge base, and caring touch with my baby (and with me being in tears worried sick) was exceptional. The atmosphere and decor was so clean and was super cool (jungle theme) to put any kiddo at ease. I would recommend this pediatric urgent care clinic to anyone! Also itu2019s next to Trader Joeu2019s and Costco, so double bonus points there.

I went here yesterday about my child having excessive diarrhea. They told me nothing was wrong and that his fever was not concerning. Today I woke up to my child having a high fever. I took him to the ACTUAL pediatrician and they said he has a pretty bad ear infection. This urgent care was a waste of time and money!! I do not recommend. If you actually want answers and want your child to feel better, you should probably take them elsewhere.

This is easily the best urgent care experience. Iu2019ve taken my kids around 6 times for typical childhood illness. We were there no longer than an hour each time, the staff is very friendly and professional, and the office is very clean. The ability to schedule an appointment is amazing so you avoid sitting in a waiting room for hours. Absolutely recommend this location.
