I was beyond impressed with my visit to EmergeOrtho. I dislocated my finger at work and from when I called them to make an appointment to when I walked back into my office all fixed up was less than an hour. The entire team from the front office to the PA I saw (Blaine Etzel) was top notch and very friendly. I had no idea that I would be walking into your office today but I am so glad that you are here if I ever need you again! Thank you so much for a job well done- HIGHLY recommend!

I was hoping to write a positive review about the excellent doctors at this office, but unfortunately, I had a situation that lowered my rating. When I provided my information to the receptionist at the time of my appointment, I gave my actual address and ensured she filled it in correctly. However, somehow, the billing department sent my bills to the old address listed on my driver's license. I didn't find out about this issue until five months later, thanks to a previous neighbor.nnAs a result, the billing department is now trying to charge me a late payment fee for their mistake. When I tried to point out that it wasn't my fault, the person I spoke with became rude, telling me to 'lose my attitude.' I'm extremely disappointed in the service and the way customers are treated

My son went for Physical Therapy at this location. The Physical Therapist walked in, told him that he does not treat the specific ailment my son has and walked out. A week later, we received a bill for $320. I tried to discuss this with their billing department, but to no avail. I would be very weary of going to this location. There are a lot better Physical Therapists in the area that aren't out to scam you.

This facility is great! My PA was EXTREMELY nice and funny! The only thing I would make a slight change on is the young lady at the front counter, don't know if she was having a bad day or if that is her normal demeanor. She didn't smile and was very snippy with my husband! That should not be the face that greets you when you walk in the door!! Like I said though, my PA, she was top notch!!

Check in process was easy and efficient! The triage nurse was awesome and funny! the X-Ray tech was super nice! and the PA was knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I hope to not have to come back BUT if i do, I am definitely coming back here!!!
