If I could give a zero I would! Nothing against the ladies because they were pleasant. Dr. Fox was overly rude and hateful. I've never seen anyone in the medical field that mean. My BP was extremely high due to pain and he said that I should see my doctor about it. I had trouble picking pennies up off of a table, due to chronic nerve damage in my hands. He was just yelling after everything he told me to do. I'll never go back there again

Update: I was contacted by Bill Cleveland whom is the owner, Bill has shown himself to be a man of integrity and is pursuing all angles to bring a resolution to this issue with Dr. Fox, He is going above and beyond in many aspects for which I am very grateful and this review shall evolve as measures are taken, Bill has been encouraging to me as he has shown me there are still good folks in this world that carry themselves with dignity and a proffesional manner.I was examined by Dr. Fox , besides his incredibly rude mannerisms, he was condescending and belittling at every opportunity, cut me off every time I spoke, told me he would be the one to ask questions here today, when I was telling him my medical history he told me I wasn't a doctor and he just wants to know what pain I was in though I was literally telling him the diagnosis that professional doctors have made but the worst part, was the examination was a farce to begin with, he went through the motions but didn't truly examine anything.Literally had the otoscope to each ear for less than a second and didn't even look at it when it was there, told me to walk to the wall and I purposely watched him and he never looked up to watch me walk to the wall nor did he let me finish the motions he asked me to do before saying something else and was looking down at paperwork instead of me for 90% of those motions.This guy should not be practicing medicine anywhere on anybody, we will be filing a formal complaint with the Mississippi medical board. If a doctor performs a medical examination that he truly didn't perform while stating he did then this is malpractice, I have never even heard of a doctor that has the complaints doctor Fox has across many platforms in multiple states. If everyone that has a negative experience with this doctor would file formal complaints with the Mississippi medical board then something would most assurdly be done about it.

I've been to Express Care West MANY times over the past 7 years, and have had nothing but the best care! All of the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the nurse practitioners are the BEST (especially Joy Cleveland)!

My family uses Express Care West for wellness visits and also when we are sick. Mrs. Joy is very knowledgeable and uses words I can understand. I like that I can get labs and X-rays done there too.Love the new location!!

Came in for my Long awaited disability appointment. The Dr.had his back to me and kept telling me he had heard enough after asking me a question. He was ready to go home and was packing his lunch bag up and finally after about 15 minutes told me he was done. He got up and walked out of the door behind me. Dont see Dr. Fox!!
