Amazing, attentive and caring staff. The visit was extremely quick. My daughter was very upset walking in, they made sure to ease all her worries. I don't recall the ladies name that took her vital, but she was super sweet and so kind. Dr. Ali was also so kind and straight to the point, rushed her meds, so we could get her home and rest. Walked in crying and left with a smile. Will always go here for any urgent care.

Got seen quickly by an EXCELLENT Dr. (like always). Great attentive and personable staff.nnWorth it even on a new plan that hits me for a higher urgent care co-pay.nnDonu2019t care. They take good care of you here consistently.nnHighly recommend.

This could have been a 5 star but I have been waiting for nearly 2 hrs no doctor. I waited about 1.5 in waiting room and now in a room for the next???? Who knows. Doctor still hasnt shown up.nnEdit to add: I wasn't seen until exactly 2hr mark. The doctor ONLY listened to my lungs and nothing else. Prescribed me a slue of things. Now an hour later and I still have no prescription at the pharmacy. I called asking where it is and was told the doctor is too busy and will get to it eventually. This is absolutely the worst urgent care and so unacceptable. I will make it a point to never visit this one again. I am rarely ever sick and of course the one time I am this is the horrendous service I recieve.

I donu2019t recommend this urgent care, long wait and doctors just give u medicine u could have got over the counter in the first place that we already tried and donu2019t help and when they do send something they gave childrenu2019s meds for a adult absolutely useless. Also when they say there gonna send meds to the pharmacy they donu2019t and what they send is not what they told they were going to send
