I was seen quickly and the appointment was very fast and efficient without making me feel rushed. The nurse I saw was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. She listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions to better understand what Iu2019ve been experiencing. The doctor I saw afterwards was also very professional. I had a truly awful experience at this office. I came in with severe diarrhea for four straight days, sulfur burps immediately after eating, extreme bloating, loss of appetite, and uncontrollable loose stoolsu2026 symptoms that are clearly serious. I am extremely tired, weak, and barely able to function at this point. Instead of taking my condition seriously, the doctor acted visibly annoyed that he even had to be there u201chelping.u201d He said things like, u201cWhat do you want me to do?u201d u2026 completely dismissing my symptoms and making me feel like a burden for seeking medical care. He didnu2019t order any stool tests, urine tests, bloodwork, or even properly examine me. Instead, he quickly wrote a prescription for anti-nausea, anti-diarrhea, and vomiting medications without doing anything to figure out why I was this sick. I left with no real answers and still feeling terrible. If youu2019re looking for a place where youu2019ll actually be listened to, taken seriously, and given proper medical attention, this is not the place. I would never recommend this office based on the lack of professionalism, care, and basic competence I experienced.

Warning! Billing has changed! I am so upset. We've been going here for years and earlier this year I took my baby in so she and I could get tested for influenza A. We each ended up with a level 4 bill over $300 after insurance. We have NEVER paid that much for a visit at this location before and after challenging the bill they said it's because it required follow up. They left a message with my positive result and notification that they sent in the prescription! News flash! I get the same notifications from the ap and from my pharmacy. I guess we will have to find another instacare after years of being loyal to this location. Plus we waited for an hour to be seen and the doctor only spent a few min with us. Over $600 for a few minutes, a couple tests and a phone message!!! I am fed up!

HORRIBLE!! Never help me, I always have to fight them for the medication I need. Told me their strep test is only 50% accurate like what?! Poked me like 4 times before they could draw my blood which is partially my fault (I have bad veins) but still quite unpleasant.Also receptionists are always rude and so unhelpful
