These people are scammers. I was there 05/20/25 around 5pm and needed a physical. I have insurance but was told it would cost $100 anyway. When telling him the BCBS platinum 3 plans literally says $40 urgent care and physicals are covered, i was told the 40 and the 100 would both be due today. They could not bill me. After calling BCBS they said that I would only need to pay $40 for the visit as it's obviously covered. It sounds like they charge you for the visit AND charge your insurance. This way they process the claim through as normal and pocket whatever you pay on-site. This would explain why they couldn't bill me for the $100, to avoid a paper trail.

I came to this place to get help for a toe incident after I slipped and the top half of my toe was severed from the rest of it. They doctor and nurse both undermined, dismissed, disregarded my pain as well as the injury. They then proceeded to tell me not to get tetanus because tetanus doesn't grow inside, only outside on farms. Thankfully the male nurse who ended up giving the shot after we have to beg them for it, was super nice and joked with us. I and my family will not be coming back here. Definitely go to a different ER/EC, the wait is worth it.

Me and my sister came here because she ran out of insulin and her blood sugar was high. She came into the office and the lady at the front desk was very rude she told is to hold on and we she came back she said that the doctor said she doesnu2019t feel comfortable to see her. So I asked for the providers name who denied my sister medical they refused and threatened to call the police on us. Then the Rn came out and told us that she wasnu2019t denied care but I had to tell her yes we was the lady at the front desk told her that they told her that they wouldnu2019t see her

Never was seen by the dr. Only a student. They werenu2019t even busy. After the student saw me, I waited 40 minutes, went out to the hallway saw a girl out there, putting supplies away and asked her if they forgot about me. The same girl came back with papers and said youu2019re all set. I said seriously she said they sent your medicine to where you get it from it was fluticasone. I never even saw the Dr just a student. How can they just prescribe you and send you off without seeing the doctor. And on top of that, Iu2019m pretty sure I have a sinus infection because I know my own body and I got sent away with something thatu2019s not even gonna help. The only good part was the front desk and nurse. Renee Biedlingmaier The dr never saw me and only had her student come in. Horrible.

I had a deep cut on one of my fingers and a chuck out of another. They got me right in and the front desk were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I saw Mike W. Very friendly and personable. However not very knowledgeable he put liquid banaid on me and that is all. I went back in because my would kept bleeding on and off for 30 hours. When we got there the new provider was shocked at how my injury was treated. They had to rip off all the liquid bandages Mike put on causing extreme and unnecessary pain. They admitted that I should have gotten stitches when I originally came in and everything he did was wrong from his actions preventing infection to the medication he prescribed. They apologized and the new nurses I saw were very kind and much more knowledgeable.
