It was late and i was pushed through and out. I was charged for x-rays then the dr said im prescribing you some pain killers after I was just in a wreck. I said I was charged for x-rays he said you seem fine. I said if I had to pay for X-rays I better get x-rays. I was concerned about a surgery o had had a few months prior and if it was ok from the seatbelt. I had to remind them 3 times about it before they finally checked me for it also. Typically i have a great outcome coming here as Iu2019ve used them for 11 yrs. But this was the first time i ever had a bad one after leaving.

We had a wonderful nurse (Len Gruppo) who was so balanced in his diagnosis and approach to what he prescribed. It was refreshing having a medical professional who was balanced and looking at all the factors rather than just signing an RX and getting me out the door.

The reviews are right stay away from this place. My daughter had been fighting COVID and a really bad cough took her here because reviews state they are fast and reliable. On the phone they said they prescribe at least inhaler for the cough. Sat for 3 hours waiting and when went to the back they said that it will run it's coarse all we can do is buy over the counter meds. I asked can I get a prescription for the cough at least? They said no we cannot it runs it's coarse. Waste of my time and money they refuse to prescribe anything. I should have followed my gut instinct and take her somewhere else. Just last month went in this place sick as a dog and sent me home empty handed saying it was allergies and again refused to prescribe anything. So lesson learned stay away!!

I will find a different Urgent Care. Dr Paul Prasco, I hope he can retire soon and be happy because he surely either didnu2019t feel well himself or isnu2019t happy to be treating patients. Iu2019m a retired nurse even at the end of a 12 hr shift my patients deserved quality care.

Had an appointment at 9:40 am. Got there at 9:30. Sat in the waiting room for 30 mins. Then moved to an examination room where Iu2019ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. Make sure your phone battery is charged because you will be here a very long time
