I had a good experience here. They were super friendly and understanding, and it was clear they wanted to help. I was on my last day of vacation and dealing with a sinus infection. Something convenient, they have certain antibiotics available for purchase onsite. Unfortunately, that option wasn't available for me, but they were great about helping me find a nearby pharmacy to pick up my prescription. They also gave me a list of over-the-counter suggestions that made my flight home a lot easier.nThis Urgent Care was clean, the staff was awesome, and it was super convenient! Very knowledgeable staff!!

I was visiting Savannah this past weekend. Sunday morning I woke up with a fever. Took an u201cat home testu201d to find out I had flu. I searched online for urgent care facilities. Apple Care Urgent Care had available appointments . I was VERY impressed with the facility. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. She was very friendly! The wait wasnu2019t long. The nurse and PA were so nice, caring and professional. They listened and gave me the care I needed. The best part was they could prescribe Tamiflu and let me purchase it while I was there. I was thankful I didnu2019t have to make a trip to the pharmacy. This is the best experience I have ever had going to an urgent care. Thank you to everyone that works there!

The entire staff was courteous and professional. Joannie, the PA, was very thorough and took her time to address my concerns. I was very pleased with my experience there. The area Apple are can improve in is with their phone system. Itu2019s virtually impossible to bypass the AI bot and speak with a human. The instructions to the patient are to call regarding questions, follow-up, etc. but I was never able to speak with the front desk or anyone when I called: The patient care, however, is excellent.

This was my best experience at an urgent care in Savannah. Iu2019ve lived here 3 years now and most of the time at urgent cares I am met with rude employees who make me feel like a burden. At apple care my experience was completely new. It actually felt like they cared and I felt more comfortable to be open with them without feeling judged. I know what doctor Iu2019ll be using in Savannah from now on.

I didn't have an appointment, however the receptionist helped me navigate the sign in. The wait time was not long. Both Debbie the nurse and Joanie the PA were kind, helpful, professional and answered all my questions. First time for me to have a broken ankle and they did as much as possible for me in an Urgent Care setting to help with mobility and follow up with orthopedics. Excellent experience with Apple Care!
